Service Calls

Your windows and doors, like any engineered product, suffer from wear and tear. Should you need a service, we can send a technician to survey and service all the mechanisms, check your silicone and gasket seals, and adjust your doors and windows to ensure smooth function.

Please complete the form below to book your service call. If you have a specific issue or item you need us to deal with, please make sure to give us the information so we can bring the correct parts as needed.

Once you have completed the form and submitted your request, we will be in touch to find a suitable time and date.

Unless requested not too, when on site, time allowing, our technician will carry out an inspection of all your doors and windows and service as required.

Based on the information provided below, should we think the service required may take longer than a standard service call or require more manpower, we will discuss this with you when we call to arrange a suitable time and date for our callout.

The callout fee charged will cover time on site (we guide 3 hours on site per call), travel time, transport costs, and any small parts or consumables used.  If the item and the issue are clearly identified, we will endeavour to have spare parts with us to solve the issue on the day.  However, we may have to order specific parts and arrange a call back.  We will in all cases work with you to minimise any additional expense relating to this.

Should the Service (in part or in full) be covered under your Warranty, we will arrange a refund for the Warranty element.
